On Saturday, June 26th, CLHI hosted a Community Open House for the North Camden Neighborhood Plan, attended by over 150 North Camden residents. The event was a huge success, providing opportunities for local residents to provide ideas and input re: the next 10 years of revitalization in North Camden.

The 2021 North Camden Neighborhood Plan is expected to be finalized by the end of 2021. It will then be presented to City Council for approval and acceptance into the City’s Master Plan, and submitted to NJDCA for approval through the Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit program.
