Camden Lutheran Housing, Inc. is excited to welcome two new talented staff members to our team!

Danielle Jimoh is our new Office Administrator! You’ll see her smiling face when you come into our office at 800 Galindez Court. A North Camden native who has dedicated the past 20 years of her life to serving others, Danielle has worked with children in foster care, homeless individuals and families, and the re-entry population returning to society from the prison system. She has made a difference in the lives of those in need through her work. Danielle is excited to join the CLHI team, where she can be a part of the revitalization of North Camden, where she was born and raised. Working with CLHI is especially meaningful to Danielle, whose mother – the late Carolyn W. Riley – passionately served as a CLHI Board of Trustee for many years.

Nancy Spera Zielinski is our new Director of Housing Development! Soon, you’ll see her in action managing the planning and construction of new houses in North Camden. Prior to joining the CLHI team, Nancy worked for over 20 years at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA), where she handled property acquisition and relocation in North Camden, Parkside, Lanning Square, Central Waterfront, and more. Through her work at NJHMFA, Nancy helped make millions of dollars worth of revitalization work possible in Camden alone! Nancy has served as a board member for A Better Camden Corporation, a subsidiary of NJHMFA that was created to assist the City of Camden, non-profits, and for-profit housing developers with affordable housing goals and economic development in Camden. Nancy is passionate about making quality, affordable housing accessible for all families – above all else, she loves helping people and knowing she is making a difference. Through her role at CLHI, Nancy will oversee housing rehabilitation and construction of new housing – all of which will be sold to low-to-moderate income first-time home-buyers.

Danielle and Nancy, we welcome you to our team!
